Returns

  • We offer returns only in case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories intact.

🚫 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product expectations

  • Minor color/finish variations

  • Damage caused after use

  • Orders refused at delivery (COD refusal)

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, the product will be picked up (if applicable).

  • After inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (for COD orders).

Replacement

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund at no extra cost.
